The safety and wellbeing of our attendees, volunteers and community members is of utmost concern to everyone at IMsLBB.

 

IMsLBB is requiring all participants in our in-person events to provide proof of the most recent 2025-2026 updated Covid vaccination or proof of a negative COVID Antigen test for COVID-19 taken within 72 hours of the event. Proof must have date in picture or viewable in photo metadata.

In addition, we will be requiring that all attendees take a Covid Antigen test up to 6 hours before entering the host hotel. We will have a rapid test table at the entrance of the host hotel, should you wish to take your test on site. Otherwise, you will be asked to show a time stamped photo of your negative Covid Antigen test (or better).

You will be asked to show this proof when you arrive at the host hotel. Full refunds will be given if an attendee provides proof of a positive COVID test for Covid-19.

We will have KN95 masks, hand sanitizers and rapid tests available. We encourage you to bring your own if you need a specific kind. For a guide to choosing and wearing masks properly, please go here: Types of Respirator Masks

 

We strongly encourage attendees to wear KN95 masks in all classrooms, hallways, elevators, the lobby, vending, registration etc. Please practice strong personal accountability and responsibility.

There is an outdoor dungeon and a Covid Conscious hotel block. Most workshops will strongly encourage participants to wear masks and some will require it. If you are needing a remote viewing option, you will be able to stream from the www.imslbb.com website as your in person ticket will activate all of the digital access as well. 

 

We are asking for your support in keeping our community as safe as possible. In support of this, we encourage anyone who is able to mask as much as possible and test regularly in the weeks leading up to the conference.
