What to Look for at
IMsLBB 2026!

Hotel Access:
IMsLBB 2026 is a Complete Hotel Take Over! This means that the event hotel is closed to the public. Get your hotel booking link once you register!
Only our attendees and hotel staff are permitted on the property. Any food deliveries must be met outside of the hotel. Attendees must be street legal when exiting the hotel, going to and from vehicles and across the parking lot. In an emergency, emergency personnel will be allowed on the property per the hotel policy.

All attendees:
Every attendee is required to complete 2 hours of volunteer time. Already registered on Eventbrite? Sign up using the Volunteer Local address in your confirmation email. Time slots are selected on a first come, first serve basis so act soon!

Registration:
Every attendee is required to register onsite with a valid eventbrite order confirmation. You will also have to scan a qr code to fill out a photo release form. We will also have a paper copies available.

Consent:
The IMsLBB Production team upholds a strict consent policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. This includes clear communication of boundaries, obtaining explicit permission before touching anyone or their property, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Participants must respect the use of safe words, Any consent violation should be reported to staff or security immediately.

There are classes taking place all weekend long. Everywhere from the ballroom, classroom, the courtyard, and even the pool! All classes have an interpreter and will be available live on zoom, live streamed through our website, or they will be uploaded and available for weeks after the event*! All classes have an interpreter either in person or virtually.

*Classes that experience technical difficulties will not unfortunately not be available.
No photography is allowed in public spaces outside of the Lobby or Ballroom. There will be photo backdrop in the Lobby available to use. All other attendee photos in the main area may not have other attendees in the background that have not consented to be in the photo, we encourage taking photos against a wall. Photographers will no longer be taking photos of what could be perceived sexual acts (penetration/oral/anal/etc.) in public spaces, this includes the courtyard and workshops. If you would like photographs of a sexually explicit scene in a public space, you will need to coordinate ahead of time with a photographer and sign a Model Release Form. Photos taken in private spaces such as a hotel room is at your discretion. Photos are encouraged during the contest.
